Roger "Griff" Griffith, Realtor (Retired USAF)
Roger Griffith brings over 15 years of residential construction and management experience to our sales team. Roger is a retired United States Air Force Pilot, capping off his active duty career here locally at Eglin AFB flying the F-15. He and his family have lived between Atlanta, Georgia and the Emerald Coast since 1985.
Roger grew up on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His personal interests include flying, boating and spending time with his family and friends. Roger lives in Niceville, Florida with his wife Missy, son Matt 17 and dogs Cruiser and Macy.

Missy Griffith, Assistant
Missy Griffith brings 18 years of professional managerial and decorating skills to the real estate market. Missy is a former school teacher certified in Florida and Georgia. She taught kindergarten in Atlanta, Georgia and here in Okaloosa County before following her husband and his military career.
Missy grew up in Macon, Georgia and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in teaching from Georgia College. She has a passion for cooking and enjoys spending her free time with her husband Roger, son Matt and her two dogs, Cruiser and Macy. Missy lives in Niceville, Florida.
